Is GS1 Label Designer free?
Yes. Designing labels, adding barcodes and QR codes and printing them is free with no time limit and no watermark. Pro ($9/month or $79/year) adds batch printing from Excel or Google Sheets, GS1 DataMatrix and GS1 Digital Link QR, saved templates and alignment guides.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The designer runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on Windows, macOS, Linux, iPhone and Android. Printing goes through your normal printer driver, so any printer your computer can print to will work.
Which printers are supported?
Any printer with a driver: thermal label printers such as Zebra, TSC, Xprinter, Godex, Brother QL, DYMO and Rollo, as well as office laser and inkjet printers for sticker sheets. You set the label size in inches and print at 100% scale.
Is my label data uploaded?
No. Your designs and the rows of your spreadsheet stay in your browser. The server only stores your account and subscription.
